Welcome to Isobel Rose. By registering as a customer with Isobel Rose, you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined below and the Privacy Policy.  If you have any questions please contact us via email at enquiries@isobelrose.com.au

Isobel Rose may at its absolute discretion amend the terms and conditions from time to time by posting the amended terms and conditions on the website and such will be effective as at that date.  Should you not agree with such changes, you must terminate your registration with Isobel Rose by email notification to enquiries@isobelrose.com.au
The terms and conditions outlined here may be amended from time to time without notice to you and will apply to orders placed effective as at the date of amendment.

Once an order has been confirmed, no changes to the order will be made.

Customer registration

In order to become a registered customer, you must be able to enter into a legally binding contract under relevant laws.  Your account may not be transferred or sold to another party.
 
Application to be completed:   A customer must complete a registration form before placing an order for goods with Isobel Rose.   This is located on the website by link reference.
You warrant that all information and data provided by you during this registration process is accurate, complete and up to date.  You must promptly inform Isobel Rose if there is a change to this information or data.


You must take responsibility for the safekeeping of your username and password. Upon completion of a transaction/ website visit to Isobel Rose, it is advisable to log off to ensure your personal information submitted to us here at Isobel Rose is not used by the next person on the computer or smart device. You are liable for any activity if your username and password are used by an unauthorised person.  

For security purposes only, Isobel Rose is entitled to request credit card verification at their discretion.   Otherwise, Isobel Rose reserves the right not to proceed with the order sale and refund the payment made.

A customer is prohibited from purchasing goods from Isobel Rose for the purpose of resale and on sale to other persons whether as a business or non business and goods are only for personal use including but not limited to gifting and/or on behalf of another for their personal use.  A breach of this will result in cancellation and/or refusal of registration/ order for goods.

Delivery
Australia-wide orders
We delivery for a flat rate of $10.00 for regular post Australia-wide and 15.00 express post Australia-wide. Please note to receive an express post parcel a signature is required. If no one is home when initial delivery is made, a card from Auspost will indicate a failed delivery attempt, and you can pick up your parcel from the post office indicated on the card.

Orders placed after 3pm will be sent by the following business day. Please note express post delivery may not apply to your region. To find out if your delivery address falls under the express post network visit Australia Post  http://auspost.com.au/personal/express-post-network-vic-tas.html


Regular Auspost Parcels can take between 3-5 business days to arrive. It takes one – two business days via express post delivery Australia-wide. For international orders, it can take up to ten business days to reach you. If you have not received your purchase within the duration stated above please contact Isobel Rose immediately.   Please note express post delivery might not apply to your region. To find out if your delivery address falls under the express post network visit Australia Post HERE 
An email will be sent to your email address when your purchase leaves the boutique. At this time you will also be provided with a tracking number via the email address you have provided. You can track the delivery status by clicking HERE and entering your tracking number into the box provided.

RETURN POLICY 

Isobel Rose Boutique wants you to shop with confidence but please note that we do not offer refund for full price items purchased unless required to in line with the appropriate consumer law.

You can receive an exchange or credit for goods within 7 days of Purchase.

If you would like to return an item simply email us within 2 days of receiving your item through enquiries@isobelrose.com.au

Please note: all garments must be in pristine, ”BRAND NEW “, unworn, unused condition to be eligible for a credit or exchange. All swing tags MUST be on garments.

* If items are not returned in “BRAND NEW,” unworn, unused condition, EXCHANGE OR CREDIT will not be granted.

There is no exchange or credit available for SALE items unless required to in line with the appropriate consumer law.


*Please note that any "faults" will be directed to the manufacturer to assess and either repair, replace or refund on a case by case basis

 

CREDIT NOTE

All Credit notes are valid for 6 months for full priced items only, from the date the item was returned.

EXCHANGE

A direct exchange can only made if the new garment is the exact value of your original purchase.

If you have requested a replacement which is of a lesser value you will receive a credit for the difference.

If you have requested a replacement of higher value you will receive instructions on how to pay the difference before purchasing.
